The Solidarity Fund for Innovation Projects (FSPI), supporting civil society, Francophonie and human development, is a funding tool for the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, France, for development assistance.

  
There are three governing bodies for the TRAILS project:

• the executive committee,
• the steering committee,
• the scientific advisory committee.
